The restaurant is made of the entrance room
with the bar counter for the samplings, wine tasting and gastronomic
seminaries, the Corridor of the Photography, the Jazz room with
the pictures of musicians, obviously of jazz, and the “Saletta”
(small room), from which it is possible to perceive the glittering
of the pans and of the knifes over the chopping-boards.
In total we can host inside 150 persons, but you will surprisingly
realise that we also have a large garden that, if God Rain helps
us, allows us to serve outside dinners and banquets during the
summer period and under the large pergola your group of friends
can even reach 160 persons.
The restaurant is also the headquarter of the Institute of
Culinary Art “Marquess Adele Viti”
from Orvieto.
Here are hold some cooking classes for beginners, students
and professionals of the hotel sector.
The Institute also organises training stages in the places
of production of the raw materials.
